The figure seen is called 'Boreas entführt Oreithya', also known as 'Die Zeit raubt die Schönheit'. It can be found in Dresden, Germany, Grosser Garten Park and was build 1722 by italian sculptor Pietro Balestra. The design is typical for the era of Baroque.
